Guests are welcomed and guided by a professional activation host who ensures consistent lighting, flattering poses, and smooth pacing throughout the experience. Photos, GIFs, and boomerangs are delivered instantly via text, email, or QR for easy sharing.

Payment Terms:
To secure your event date and ensure a seamless experience, Elite360 Photo Booth Rentals offers the following payment options:
Standard Booking Option-
• 25% retainer due at booking to reserve your date
• Remaining balance due 48 hours prior to the event
Single Payment Option (Corporate, Schools & Organizations)
• Clients wishing to submit one business payment may remit the full balance no later than three (3) business days prior to the event date
Payment may be made via business check, ACH transfer, or secure card payment.
Payment must be completed prior to the event date.
Retainer Definition
The retainer secures your event date and is applied toward the total balance. Because Elite360 Photo Booth Rentals reserves your date and may decline other bookings, retainers are non-refundable.
Late Payments
Failure to remit payment by the stated deadline may result in suspension of services, release of the event date, or additional late processing fees. Elite360 Photo Booth Rentals shall not be held liable for service interruptions resulting from non-payment.

- First Come, First Served: Due to our online booking system, we operate on a first come, first served basis. Availability is subject to change, and dates can fill quickly.
- Reservation Confirmation: A date is not officially reserved until we have received your retainer payment. Until that payment is confirmed, your booking is not guaranteed.
- Communication: Phone calls, emails, and discussions do not constitute a reservation or booking. To secure your desired date and time, please complete the booking process online and submit your retainer.
